USAF HPA annual membership dues are $10. Dues may be paid for one or more years in advance. You may submit payment by check to USAF HPA, P.O. Box 966, Medical Lake, WA 99022. or you may pay online via PayPay using your credit card or PayPal account.

For secure and convenient online payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express or even by bank transfer, we use PayPal. When you click the 'buy now' button you will be taken to our membership purchase page on PayPal. Please check to make sure that the URL is paypal.com and the page names our association and that the dues payment is the correct amount. Select the number of years for which you wish to pay dues. Fill in the necessary information and complete the payment.
